Senior Estimator

Job Description

The Experienced Construction Estimator will play an important role in the preparation and submission of detailed and accurate cost estimates for various construction projects. You will ensure competitive and profitable bids that align with organizational objectives and industry standards. Familiarity with take-offs, proposals, and communication with project managers, customers, and subcontractors is essential. While the role involves some MEP aspects, specialization in MEP is not required.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado and some days remote.

Work Environment

The Colorado Springs office includes about 6-8 project managers and a director, along with a handful of skilled tradesmen. Typical work hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on project needs.
