Philips Senior Sales Analyst – Image Guided Therapy Devices (Hybrid: Plymouth MN; Colorado Springs CO) in Colorado Springs, Colorado

The Senior Sales Analyst is responsible for accelerating commercial performance by supporting the Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices team with funnel management, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic insights and analytics. This role will be at the forefront of Image Guided Therapy – Devices (IGT-D) sales strategy, partnering with other analysts to develop cross-modality insights and strategies. Successful Analysts will combine industry expertise, strategic thinking, and analytical rigor to enable best in class sales execution.

Your role:

•  Execution of business deep dives and creation of insights and analytics; presentation of insights and strategy to senior leadership

•  Defining and administering Key Performance Indicators

•  Salesforce.com funnel and opportunity management, including hygiene & best practices

•  Partnering with the Sales leadership to execute daily management

•  Providing inputs and requirements to IT partners developing tooling and dashboards

•  Support of sales incentive execution, providing analytics and insights to develop motivational contests and SPIFFs to drive revenue

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in analytical function such as sales operations, marketing, or finance

  • Your skills include: Deep analytical skillset and comfort with mathematical modeling; experience with salesforce.com, opportunity management, and funnel management; ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team; experience with analytical and insight tools and such as Python, Qlik, Tableau, etc.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree

  • You’re able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner; familiar with sales territory and incentive compensation; able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, have a strong sense of urgency and personal responsibility, with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth MN or Colorado Springs CO - hybrid role based at one of these office locations.
