Landmark Personnel, Inc. Customer Service Representative in Columbia Heights, Minnesota

Act as point of internal contact (Voice of Customer) for customers relating to issues including, but not limited to, orders, quotes, and pricing. Supporting and assisting our customer needs and inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner Create, generate, and maintain internal work orders to assist other departments in meeting customer requirements (within pre-established ISO guidelines) Answering questions about specific jobs from both external and internal customers Proactively address customer concerns and issues as they arise. Answer the phones & redirect calls to appropriate parties in a backup role. Work in a fast-paced environment Each CSR receives maybe 4 to 5 calls a day. We receive 400 to 500 emails every day and 99% of our customer correspondence is through emails. We are thinking that maybe 2 to 3 percent of the day may be dealing directly with customers and the balance is spent on quoting and compiling works orders.
