DevOps Engineer

Job Requirements:
· Lead MTF DM systems engineering to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cloud integrations
· Be the subject matter expert on AWS and systems engineering
· Responsible for infrastructure planning, scaling and monitoring process implementation
· Educate teams on technical and workflow considerations of AWS adoption
· Be responsible for CI/CD implementation using SCM tools
· Implement different components of infrastructure (Monitoring, Logs Management, Consolidation tools etc.)

Required Skills:
Proven experience:
· 9+ years supporting information systems
· At least 5 years experience in implementing the Amazon services in various project / domains
· AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM)
· Container technolgies
· Deployment & Management (Jenkins, Cloud formation)
· Compute & Networking
· Amazon ECS, CloudWatch, Gateway (NAT)
· Working experience with Cloud Computing Models – IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
· Master in Understanding Public and Private Clouds – On-premise Private Cloud, Externally-Hosted Private Cloud
· Specialist with AWS deployment experience using scripts (specifically using AWS CLI)
· Implementation knowledge of engineering practices across the phases of SDLC
· Hands-on experience in Linux administration to troubleshoot issues, optimize the solutions and create RCA
· Administration of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Sonarqube, GitHub, Jenkins
Desired Skills :
Experience with:
· Working closely with software development teams in an Agile SAFe environment
· Understanding and adherence to basic software practices such as coding standards and configuration management
· Collaborating in a multiple contractor environment
· Proficient in MS Word, and MS Excel
Education/Certifications:
· Computer Science degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related major
