Position Overview: As a Lead Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by conducting thorough inspections and tests on fire, security, and sprinkler systems. You will be responsible for identifying any issues or deficiencies, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, and providing comprehensive reports to our clients.
What you bring:
Proven experience in inspecting and testing fire, security, and sprinkler systems.
In-depth knowledge of relevant safety codes and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification(s) in fire inspection and/or security systems (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections and tests on fire alarm systems, security systems, and sprinkler systems.
Identify and diagnose any malfunctions or deficiencies.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety codes and regulations.
Prepare detailed inspection reports for clients.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior inspectors.
Physical Requirements:
Physically able to climb overhead or crawl under spaces to complete jobs
Must be willing to work at heights
Must be able to operate electrical tools
Must be able to differentiate color coding of cables
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
