RIS I is the delivery of regional IT services to the end user. We offer support of end user devices including desktop, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant.
AT&T has an opening for a Service Task Order Project Manager who is highly organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator. Responsible for coordinating all Special Task Orders relating to projects with clients, helping to ensure that all services work together smoothly, and ensuring that timelines are met so that projects are delivered on time.
The qualified candidate must be able to perform the following:
Managing activities related to customer requirements, budget challenges, human resource needs and plans for new business development within assigned area.
Facilitating customer relationship and satisfaction while ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.
Investigating matters of significance, recommending, and implementing appropriate courses of action.
Implementing business processes and assisting in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service.
Manage multiple projects and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts.
Receive, Define Project Scope and Requirements.
Coordinate Surveys, Schedules, and Tasking across all Frames.
Manage expectations of the client.
Document program process includes scope, risks, and schedule.
Gather feedback from the client on project close out, analyze feedback to complete lessons learned.
Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications: Candidate should have a High School Diploma and at least 5 years of experience in Project management.
Must be a proven project manager who knows how to build project briefs, timelines, and hit the ground running with minimal handholding.
Detail oriented and organized, exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Hands-on, self-driven, highly motivated, team-oriented.
Fast learner with a passion for processes and multi-tasking.

Our Service Task Order Project Manager (PjM2) (Government) earns between $89,200 - $114,800 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
