Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a staffing coordinator located in Columbia, Maryland. The selected candidate will be focused on recruiting, with a strong emphasis on regular phone communication and meeting weekly metrics. This role requires a strong aptitude for organization, flexibility, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting high-volume phone calls to potential candidates

• Meeting weekly recruiting metrics and targets

• Comfortably handling pressure situations and deadlines

• Credentialing new hires and maintaining accurate records

• Working closely with the Lead Staffing Coordinator to ensure smooth operations

• Utilizing MS Excel to organize and manage data

• Demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple tasks and changing priorities

• Maintaining a high level of organization in all tasks

• Composing correspondence and managing emails through MS Outlook

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook

• Excellent ability to compose professional correspondence

• Effective email communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong decision-making skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
