Oracle ACS Business Process NSAW Consultant in Columbia, South Carolina
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join the Customer Success Operations team as an ACS Business Process NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) consultant. This role will support the Oracle NetSuite Advanced Customer Support (ACS) organization by implementing NSAW to empower our leaders to leverage the power of data-driven decision-making. The NSAW consultant will collaborate with ACS leadership and delivery teams to identify their analytical needs and help unlock valuable insights from NSAW. This role will help streamline critical processes by providing insights across key business areas such as team utilization, customer renewal rates, and NDR. We are seeking an analytical expert with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of NSAW to help drive ACS's growth and customer success. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the growing cloud business and provides a platform for making a significant impact on the organization’s success.
Qualifications :
Bachelor level degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
3+ years of relevant experience designing, implementing, and integrating Oracle and/or NetSuite Data Warehouse and Analytics/Business Intelligence solutions.
Experience with relevant tools including: Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect.
Solid understanding of Oracle Database, Data Modelling, Oracle SQL Developer, Data Warehouse concepts, advanced analytics concepts, and implementation.
Experience implementing and utilizing Big Data and visualization techniques, tools, and technologies (Spark, Kafka, Tableau, etc.).
Experience in data design, data modeling, data mapping, data interrogation, data quality, and master data management.
Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SLQ, etc.
Experience with ERP and EPM solutions, NetSuite and/or Oracle platform preferred.
Prior experience in Operations or Professional Services Consulting is a plus.
Must be a self-starter with sound decision making skills.
Ability to lead projects/tasks and maintain a schedule to ensure completion within a timely manner.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is critical.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
An ability to operate independently with limited direction/supervision.
Advanced MS Office skills required (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook at a minimum).

Responsibilities
Consultatively gather requirements and collaborate key stakeholders to define the business challenges to better understand with data.
Leverage the understanding of the data model and produce analytics to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Identify new data and product patterns through data mining and communicate those complex concepts and the results of the analyses in a clear and effective manner through creative visualization directly to executives.
Extend the data warehouse by incorporating data from multiple datasets/applications.
Review, cleanse, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
Lead project delivery as a technical expert when implementing solutions.
Develop solutions that follow product development guidelines and are in-line with established design standards and approved architectures.
Enable the organization to ensure adoption.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle and NetSuite analytics, data integration products and service offerings.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
Canada: Hiring Range from $38,300 to $83,000 CAD per annum
US: Hiring Range: from $23.70 to $48.08 per hour; from $49,300 to $100,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
