Job Title: Managed Care Coordinator UM II
Location: Columbia, SC (Six weeks onsite training, fully remote after training )
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30. - 34$ /hour
Duration: 3 months on W2
Imp Note: This position begins with 6 weeks of onsite training in 17 Technology Circle, AG, Columbia, SC, followed by a fully remote schedule.
Note: Candidate must supply internet access with download speeds of at least 18 Mbps, upload speeds of at least 20 mbps, less than 150 millisecond latency, and stable service from your internet provider (non-satellite).
Job Summary:
Utilization management experience and /or Appeals experience /strong clinical skills Behavioral Health or infusion therapy experience

Process prior authorization requests for Medicare Advantage line of business.
Previous Medicare experience and /or UR experience/Process Appeals requests/can have experience in either Utilization management or Appeals.

Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, OR
Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, or Counselling.
Active, unrestricted RN license, LMSW, or relevant counselling/psychology licensure.
Preferred Education : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Experience:?
Required: At least 2 years of clinical experience.
Preferred: 7 years of healthcare program management, utilization review, or clinical experience in specialties such as oncology, cardiology, mental health, or general medicine/surgery.
