Office Manager  Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. Job Responsibilities We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Office Manager. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction with kind, professional communication while managing the administrative processes of a fast-growing business.  Job Requirements * Answer and direct incoming phone calls * Manage designers appointment calendars * Manage administrative processes for sales team and production/installation departments * Maintain strong data integrity and regular performance reporting * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel * Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic * Reliable, punctual with good work ethic * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong personal organization skills * College degree or 3+ years office experience a plus * Compensation can be set as hourly or salaried   If you are motivated to succeed, customer-oriented, and strong with systems and details, then you should pursue this opportunity!
