DESCRIPTION

Ensuring Quality: Perform quality checks and support quality inspection activities to ensure products meet company standards.

Supporting Manufacturing Processes: Assist in managing machinery and maintaining smooth production processes.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Promote a safe work environment by adhering to HSE standards and reporting hazards.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency.

Effective Communication: Collaborate with team members and support teams to align on goals and foster a cooperative work environment.

Flexibility and Problem-Solving: Adapt to changes and perform miscellaneous duties as needed to maintain process performance.

Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate tasks, providing guidance to less experienced team members.

Environmental Responsibility: Recognize and minimize the environmental impact of your work.

Performs basic non production activities which support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with direct guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards. Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard. Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures and regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Promote interdependence by looking out for one another. Correct hazards within your control and capabilities. Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact. Engage in HSE Training. Quality Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation, policies and procedures. Raises quality concerns to minimize cost and exposures. Supports quality inspections activities. Delivery Perform the activities expected by their roles in accordance with defined roles and responsibilities. Demonstrates a basic level of competency in core work skills. Supports continuous improvement activities to improve quality, safety, process and employee development. Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and other activities watching over company resources. Learns and applies Cummins Operating System (COS). Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet manufacturing goals. Works with peers to maintain process performance. Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements. Participates actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
