Job Description Summary:

The inside sales executive will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and generating new referrals and starts. Responsible for effectively communicating the OPC value proposition in “white space” territories. Will work independently and in cooperation with Operations to facilitate new starts.

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

  • Staying informed about competing services.

  • Researching and qualifying new leads.

  • Closing sales and achieving growth targets.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of previous sales experience,

OR

High school diploma or equivalent, and 2-4 years of previous sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of healthcare related sales experience

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong phone presence and ability to achieve daily activity quotas

  • Proficient with web presentation tools

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Physical Demand Requirements

  • Ability to work on a personal or laptop computer for extended periods of time

  • Ability to utilize a phone

  • Less than 10%

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $23.78-$39.61
