HILTI, INC Account Manager Trainee in Columbus, Ohio

What's the role? The purpose of this role is to manage and operate a Hilti Store to maximize walk-in sales and smaller field accounts and provide a high level of customer service. All activities are performed with the ultimate objective of providing Total Customer Satisfaction and driving the Hilti Brand. Who is Hilti? The purpose of the role is to promote the Hilti image, sell Hilti products and services, consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store. The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales. Our account manager trainees earn a base of $46,500-48,500 + bonus of up to 11.5% if all sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months. After successful completion of the Hilti Store Representative Development Program, the next position will usually require a move; we are a global sales and marketing organization, geographic flexibility is a must.
