As an Analytics Solutions Associate part of the deposit controls team, you will support the development, management, and implementation of end-to-end analytics solutions to ensure our deposit products work optimally for our customers. You will gain exposure to a wide breadth of business problems and types of data, while collaboratively working on a diverse set of analytical projects (e.g., business insights, advanced analytics, visualization, descriptive analytics, data engineering). Your development will be a focus throughout the program, as you will have opportunities to strengthen a mix of consulting, project management, and user-centered design skills via project work, mentorship, and structured training sessions.

Job Responsibilities

• Help our internal clients develop actionable data-driven insights, solutions, products, and services that drive business decisions and enhance customer / employee experience at scale

• Manage projects day-to-day to ensure a clear understanding of business impact, scope, and requirements; delivery by key milestones

• Communicate within the project team and stakeholders; and adherence to risk and controls procedures

• Lead discovery work through a mix of consulting (problem solving, client interaction) and user-centered design to help the team develop insights and hypotheses

• Partner with analysts across our team to deliver solutions by providing clear guidance aligned to business objectives and outcomes.

• Deliver supplementary, exploratory data analysis as needed

• Operate as an effective storyteller, communicating complex technical approaches by developing understandable and actionable story and presentation deck materials for stakeholders, including senior leadership

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills - an ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences across business and technology partners, including senior leadership

• Experience managing projects and using project management tools; strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and keep multiple projects on track

• Exceptional consulting toolkit that can rapidly advance projects while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.

• Ability to work effectively in a global environment

• Self-starter with out-of-the box problem-solving skills

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and keep numerous projects on track

• Familiarity with or product management principles or innovation and design thinking (e.g., creating solutions with the end user in mind, agile development, etc.)

• Basic awareness of data wrangling, data analytics techniques, and/or visualization techniques (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau)

Hybrid Role, requires 3 days onsite & no relocation support is offered at this time.
