One of Robert Half's Fortune 500 Insurance clients is hiring a Project Manager to oversee operational efficiencies within a technology team. This role is 100% remote and will support SDLC initiatives

Responsibilities:

Day to day responsibilities:

• Creates maintains facilitates or oversees the completion of project management deliverables and artifacts e.g. plans schedules budgets resource staffing status reports project metrics

• Ensures the successful adoption of changes by collaborating or partnering with others to assist or lead the design and development of business change impact analysis communication training stakeholder management plans and adoption measurement.

• Develops and/or influences on appropriate project strategy and delivery.

• Proactively takes action to assure delivery of various aspects of the project's process improvement or work efforts and mitigate risks.

  Requirements

Required Experience:

• Microsoft Office Suite; Word Excel and Ppt for presenting information

• Experience with Agile Project Delivery Required

• Experience managing end-to-end workstream delivery

• Experience with HCM or Saas projects

• Ability to work across functions such as Consulting company Stakeholders and IT and build and maintain the relationships.

• Escalate Risk and Issues coming from the workstream
