Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems

  • You will assess the business model and its integration with technology, gather and synthesize information, and define the future state and/or business solution

  • Additionally, you will be expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience, have influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions

  • You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years experience as Domain Business Analyst

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Atlassian Jira Align

  • Domain Business Analyst Must-have skills: Retirement, Recordkeeping

  • Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good-to-have skills: Money Movement, Plan Management

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington
