As a Business Analyst Intern at McKesson, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our business operations through data analysis and strategic insights. You will work closely with various departments and report directly to the Business Analysis Manager. Your contributions will aid in driving informed decision-making processes and optimizing business strategies. Assist in analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. Help develop, maintain, and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders. - Support project management tasks, including documentation and progress tracking. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies. Assist in the implementation of business plans and strategies. Help maintain and improve data management systems. Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to deliver error-free reports on deadlines. Must be proficient in spoken and written English. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
