Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst (IT): III (Senior) based in Columbus, Ohio. This role is pivotal in our IT organization, where you will collaborate with Technology Engineers to ensure our business strategies are supported by the right technological solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Align technology solutions with business strategies to optimize performance

• Facilitate and coordinate meetings, playing an instrumental role in project management

• Leverage your understanding of Agile and Waterfall frameworks to streamline project deliverables

• Document project deliverables meticulously, contributing to the transparency and efficiency of the project

• Utilize your superior verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective dialogue among team members

• Apply your analytical abilities to solve complex problems and improve business systems

• Exhibit a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application to business strategies

• Utilize your knowledge of ADO.NET in the implementation and management of technology solutions

• Handle infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with overall business strategies

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries professionally and promptly

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service

• Exceptional Communication skills

• Proven track record in creating and managing Documentation

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written

• Experience with Agile Framework and Deliverable

• Ability to Coordinate Meetings efficiently

• Strong Analytical Skills

• Proficient in Written Communication

• Experience in taking Meeting Minutes

• Knowledge of A Plus is highly desirable

• Familiarity with SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle

• Strategic understanding of Business Strategy

• Experience with Waterfall methodology

• Proven ability to propose effective Technology Solutions

• Experience in managing Infrastructure Projects

• Understanding of Banking Operation is a plus

• Proficiency in ADO.NET

• Experience in Eliciting requirements and information from stakeholders

• Ability to produce Project Artifacts

• Experience as a Scribe in meetings
