The Outbound Team Sales Manager will:

• Provide coaching and development for his/her team members to meet established department and team goals, which include consumer lending production, sales performance, service level, quality standards, cross-sell relationships and simply the best customer service.

• Implement and communicate policies and procedures, changes in products, services and/or technologies, and develop sales contests, team incentives and recognition programs.

• Determine the most effective method of communication based on impact to the organization.

• Ensure their team is in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

• Establish and maintain relationships with business partners.

• Additional responsibilities include: hiring and termination decisions, performance improvement plan action, and salary adjustments; while also managing the vision and purpose of the group strategy.

• Assist with new hire onboarding and training for the department.

Basic Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required

• 3 years of consumer loan sales experience required

• 3 years of management experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Inherent patience and ability to encourage and build up others

• Ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization

• Familiar with Word, Power Point and Excel

• Demonstrated Passion for Sales and Customer Service

• Desired candidates will have a strong referral/sales record

• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, a self-starter as well as strong motivational skills.
