3QS CPA INC Customer Service Representative in Columbus, Ohio
Working closely with our senior management, this position will primarily provide client relationship management services with a focus on customer service. This role will also include addressing client issues/questions as they arise and providing problem resolution as needed.
Core Responsibilities May Include:
- Oversee Help Desk effectiveness across all firm systems including portal management, client requests, client database updates, continuing education registrations, etc.
- Oversee client set-ups and projects for new clients
- Scheduling Meetings
A minimum of two years of relevant customer service experience required.
Associates or bachelor's degrees strongly preferred
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
