Data Analytics:  Data Analytics Consultant in The Ohio State University, Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.  Duties:  serve as the top-level technical contributor and lead for advanced data analytics initiatives in an academic medical center; compile and analyze business data from across clinical, research, educational and operational areas of the university medical center; engage in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and analytical strategy to assess highly complex data sets, processes and systems to provide insight and direction on strategic and performance improvement initiatives for medical center senior leadership; reporting and in-house scorecard production.  Requirements:  Master's Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Applied Statistics or Applied Mathematics (foreign equivalents acceptable); 36 months of experience in healthcare predictive analysis.  Experience must have included work with all of the following:  discrete event simulation and mathematical modeling; data acquisition using SQL or some other format; understanding of relational data base design; experience with Logic Based Programming languages and tools such as R, Python, and SQL; mathematical modeling experience using linear, integer and non-linear techniques, discrete and continuous simulation, inferential statistics, Bayesian statistics, experimental design, and both univariate and multi-variate regression analysis; machine rule mining/learning techniques such as market basket, kNN, Decision Tree, Random Forests, and other techniques.  (All experience may have been part-time and gained concurrently and/or concurrently with education).
