Job Description

Seeking Experienced Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technicians with Data Entry experience to become part of our team!

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm & every other weekend

People with an attention to detail willing to work in a fast paced work environment have been successful in our long-term care pharmacy.

Under general supervision of a Data Entry Lead, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, professional and accurate communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter new orders into pharmacy computer system for Staff Pharmacist review.

  • Maintain customers’ specific information by entering new information, updating and correcting information in pharmacy computer system as required.

  • Generate accurate labels for dispensing.

  • Answer phones to respond to orders inquires.

  • Place outbound calls to facilities to clarify orders as needed.

  • Triage incoming faxes promptly and accurately.

    Qualifications:

  • MUST BE a Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician in the state of OHIO

  • Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields

  • LTC pharmacy experience a plus

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • High School or Equivalent
