DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Take ownership of key OKRs, including customer satisfaction, task completion, as well as stewardship of critical journeys within the logged-in mobile experience. Use internal data and research in addition to 3rd party sources to identify problem and opportunity areas, developing clear plans to tackle these areas and gauge success. Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, business and functional partners to drive product initiatives. Own end-to-end delivery of product features, and identify and manage cross-impact dependencies and risks. Own an outcome-driven roadmap, working with partner teams and other key stakeholders to prioritize against it. Develop a clear communication strategy for your area of ownership; present updates to senior leaders and communicate progress through various forums, dashboards, etc. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and ensure consistency. Analyze and synthesize key themes from product analytics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive product planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Digital Channel Product, Product Analyst, Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: AWS cloud services; Java; JSON; Javascript; Microservices; REST; Splunk; Swift; SOAP; REST web services; JIRA; AEM; Figma; Gherkin; Quality Assurance best practices.

Job Location: 1111 Polaris Pkwy, Columbus, OH 43240. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
