Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Education Program Manager in support of the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The Assistant Secretary of Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQ) and Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) stood up the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) under Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) to be the dedicated office to increase cyber resiliency of Air Force (AF) weapon systems and to maintain mission effective capability under adverse conditions. CROWS is organizationally located under AFLCMC/EN-EZ with mission responsibility for 'baking in' cyber resiliency into new weapon systems and mitigation of 'critical' vulnerabilities in fielded weapon systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Assist with reviewing and establishing cyber policies and guidance. Assist in establishing, monitoring, and fielding CROWS education and training projects. Assist with technical work related to the management of the cyber training and education curriculum to include researching, analyzing, organizing, planning, and presenting assessments of existing course material from multiple sources for incorporation into a curriculum development and fielding master schedule. Assess effectiveness and efficiency of instruction according to ease of instructional technology use and student learning, knowledge transfer, and satisfaction. Conduct learning needs assessments and identifying requirements. Recommend corrections to deficiencies in education and training programs. Collect metrics to monitor and validate cyber workforce readiness including analysis of cyber workforce training data. Provide education advisory services within CROWS areas of responsibility. Support taskers, executive level projects, and preparing/presenting results briefings at the senior executive level. Provide CROWS liaison activities to key education agencies, including to Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Defense Acquisition University (DAU), AF Cyber College, and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). Collaborate with team leads and POCs to prepare for periodic working groups, meetings, and presentations. Review, conduct, or participate in audits of cyber education programs and projects. Build education briefings in support of CROWS strategic priorities. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Clearance: Top Secret Bachelors Degree and three (3) years of relevant experience Knowledge of training and education principles and methods for curriculum design, teaching, and instruction. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk management processes (e.g. methods for assessing and mitigating risks). Experience as a program manager.
