JPMorgan Chase Executive Assistant-Chase Product, Experience, and Technology - Finance and Business Management in Columbus, Ohio

Become an integral part of the Chase Product, Experience, and Technology (PXT) Finance and Business Management (F&BM) team where you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced organization supporting the Chief Financial Officer, and other Finance PXT leaders. As an Executive Administrative Assistant in Chase Product, Experience, and Technology (PXT) Finance and Business Management (F&BM), you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executive-level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals. You will be managing calendars, coordinating meeting invitations, arranging travel, processing expenses, creating meeting agendas, tracking follow-ups and managing projects such as team events and town halls.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars proactively, including swift setup of meetings through coordination with a broad set of senior executives & their admin teams, timely production of meeting materials, and meeting location coordination

  • Complete domestic and international travel arrangements: coordination of flights, hotels, visas, ground transportation logistics in accordance with company policy

  • Organize and manage various business management related projects such as town halls and other employee events

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for staff / team meetings

  • Manage expense processing through Concur and order office supplies and manage expense exception queues

  • Support staff onboarding and off boarding including technology setup and access requests

  • Assist with overflow, special projects and peer back-up coverage

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills

  • High proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Self-starter with sense of urgency and professional demeanor

  • Strong interpersonal skills that support a welcoming environment and positive culture

  • Motivated by collaborative environment and willing to go the extra mile

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role

  • Experience managing busy executives, multiple calendars and booking travel

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Willingness to learn business context and understand how and why tasks meet business needs

  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities and ensuring projects are completed on time

  • Bachelor's Degree

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
