job summary:

As a Warehouse II Reach Truck operator your primary responsibilites are to compare identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects pre-assembled containers. Inserts items into containers. Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and pper to rectify damages and shortages. Routes items to departments. Examines incoming shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. Operates lift truck or uses hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area. Creates "Receiving Invoices" in advance of scheduled appointments by obtaining PO information from packing slip. Administers the processing and check in of inbound inventory. Tracks and traces shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

qualifications:

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
