Job Description

  • The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the installation, repair, and maintenance of building and plant systems.

  • This role involves handling some complex systems and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the installation, repair, and maintenance of building and plant systems.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Proficiently read and interpret electrical schematics.

  • Perform facility and equipment maintenance.

  • Implement and follow preventative maintenance strategies.

  • Ensure all building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical, are functioning properly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $64480.00
