Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator is to monitor, analyze, and execute marketing strategies for multiple markets on the M/I Homes website and various third-party listing websites. The candidate should have a basic understanding of Real Estate listing websites (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc). The candidate should have excellent communication skills via email and telephone, the ability to copy edit existing content, and to follow a prescribed Style Guide for written content. The candidate should have a general understanding of other digital channels, including PPC, Social Media, and Email.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and execute opportunities and strategies for Real Estate listing websites

• Maintain vendor relationships for Real Estate listing websites

• Assist in editing, uploading, and auditing website content

• Assist with editing, uploading and auditing MLS listing content

• Proficiency in Excel and various reporting tools to identify and share opportunities

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Education Experience:

• 1-2 year of content management experience

Skills and Abilities:

• Awareness of Real Estate listing websites

• Proficient in Google Analytics

• Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivated

• Ability to prioritize and manage time

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn new applications
