Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to enhance efficiency, capability, and yield. This role involves performing equipment failure analyses, including preventive and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems, and preparing technical reports to document equipment modifications and maintenance procedures. The technician will also oversee and review the work of lower-level technicians.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Ohio.

Work Environment

State of the Art Facility with brand new and highly automated machines. Maintains a very clean environment to the extent that production lines are shut down for cleaning if standards are not met. Shifts are 12 hours on a 2-2-3 schedule, alternating between 36 and 48 hours weekly. Overtime opportunities are currently available.
