As an Engineer, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with top-quality standards. You'll manage project teams, oversee engineering tasks, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage project engineering tasks, including reviewing contracts, drawings, and specs. Lead and supervise engineering teams (Assistant Engineers, Interns). Serve as the main point of contact for architects, subcontractors, consultants, and inspectors. Oversee MEP budgets, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders. Ensure MEP systems meet project requirements. Develop work scopes, schedules, and reports on cost control, safety, and quality. Conduct walkthroughs and meetings to ensure alignment with design and timelines. Handle project close-out, securing warranties, final records, and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's in engineering or related field; 4-8 years of relevant MEP experience. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proficient in MS Office, project management software; BIM and LEAN experience a plus. Deep understanding of mechanical/electrical systems, cost management, and scheduling. Skilled in interpreting construction documents, contracts, and specs. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock.
