Job Title: Industrial Painter - 1st/2nd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Painter to join our team at our Huntley Road site. As a manufacturer of large industrial scales for the trucking and aggregate industry, we need a dedicated individual to help with painting and coating parts. This position will also involve operating a crane, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Paint and coat parts using various techniques such as HVLP and powder coating.

• Operate a crane to move and position large parts (training provided).

• Ensure all painted parts meet quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

• Willingness to learn how to paint with a spray gun.

• Willingness to learn how to operate a crane.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in painting, especially with HVLP techniques.

• Experience in powder coating.

• Experience in crane operation.

Work Environment

This is a non-climate controlled metal fabrication shop that is very clean and organized. Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The position is on the 1st or 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, with possible training on the 1st shift from 5 AM to 3:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of COLUMBUS, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
