This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Job Duties: Contribute to team efforts across a range of business priorities, including production support and maintenance, routine enhancements, solution investigations, and project-level initiatives on the Salesforce platform with integrated applications Partnering with business and technical colleagues cross-functionally: complete solution design and development for Salesforce Lightning greenfield implementation with various application integration support prioritized Salesforce Classic enhancements and data profiling/conversions for the transition to Salesforce Lightning Develop robust technical solutions on Salesforce platform to deliver value-add business capabilities and solve complex business problems in support of evolving business strategies Ensure Salesforce ecosystem alignment with Business Technology data architecture/governance across multiple applications (including SAP ECC, Oracle Eloqua, etc.) that have shared data entities Contribute to comprehensive Salesforce ecosystem documentation, including system/data architecture and technical design for core components Monitor and share knowledge of Salesforce and other technology industry trends and announcements with business and technical colleagues Job Qualifications: 6-10 years of comprehensive Salesforce solution design/development/support experience, including integrated application implementation: broad experience with Salesforce Lightning and some experience with Salesforce Classic experience with designing/configuring Salesforce integrations with various applications, including associated APIs and data architecture (preferably with Boomi experience) development experience utilizing Lightning Web Components and Flows, as well as Apex and Conga application of best practices for development and deployment efforts, while maintaining Salesforce ecosystem documentation incident investigation/resolution experience across the Salesforce ecosystem in support of production users Demonstrated ability to work with business analysts and software developers to analyze, automate, and support complex end-to-end business practices that span integrated business applications and data domains Experience with translating future-state business requirements and use case scenarios into technical solution design options with coordinated data integrations, then facilitating reviews with key stakeholders Practical experience with Jira-based Agility practices, including sizing/scoping and dependency management for prioritized initiatives Strong conceptual/analytical capabilities and communication skills, enhanced by problem solving, attention to detail, and applicable Salesforce coursework/certifications CAS offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including a generous vacation plan, medical, dental, vision insurance plans, and employee savings and retirement plans.
