Description

Job Title: PC Technician

Description: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Project Team for a hardware deployment at the Office Building. This team will be responsible for deploying hardware, ensuring network connectivity, and troubleshooting Level I issues in real-time.

Key Qualities:

• Coachable and adaptable

• Self-starters with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Basic technical skills with a strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions accurately

Responsibilities:

• Unbox, move, place, and connect IT equipment

• Ensure proper cable management for each installed device

• Level 1 IT Troubleshooting

Additional Information:

• Multiple projects are running concurrently, including Room of the Future builds, corporate office commissioning and decommissioning, printer refresh, and laptop/desktop refresh.

• Based on business needs and performance, there may be opportunities for extension beyond this project.

• These role involves traveling to various care sites in and around the outer belt of Columbus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
