JPMorgan Chase Product Delivery Associate - J. P. Morgan Wealth Management in Columbus, Ohio

As the Product Delivery Associate on JPMorgan Wealth Management's Product Delivery Team you will utilize your expertise to facilitate the complete delivery of the product roadmaps for this rapidly expanding business. You will collaborate closely with your peers in the product, design, and tech departments to develop features for JPMorgan Wealth Management Advisors, Client Service teams, and external clients.\"

Job responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with product owners, design, legal, risk/controls, operations, and technology across the full stack to plan and deliver large scale initiatives

  • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks

  • Craft and deliver initiative/project status updates to stakeholders

  • Support the production release process and roll out of new features and enhancements

  • Advocate for agile practices and continuous improvement

  • Contribute to an environment where all team members contribute to their full potential

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years' experience in project management, business management, technology, product ownership, consulting, process improvement or investment operations

  • Strong communication and presentations skills

  • Proven ability to create successful partnerships

  • Experience managing product delivery across multiple work streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities

  • Experience working in a geographically dispersed team environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle

  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities

  • Familiarity with Atlassian products
