JPMorgan Chase Product Owner, Legal Document Management in Columbus, Ohio

As a Product Owner on the Legal Document Management, you will be part of a Document Solutions team that delivers world class document-application tools to the Legal Department. You will be part of the Office of the General Counsel that supports the Legal department's delivery of legal services by driving the change agenda of the Department. Together, we set the standards for the department's centralized process and controls. You will be part of a team that delivers tools the department uses to work efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in refining and implementing the document strategy, aligning with legal and business objectives

  • Engage with global legal teams, compliance officers, and tech partners to gather requirements to deliver exceptional outcomes

  • Partner with the team to oversee the iManage Work lifecycle, including roadmap, feature prioritization, and Agile-based development and deployment. Lead Agile ceremonies

  • Ensure the system meets global regulatory requirements and internal policies and manage associated risks

  • Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvements, and implement best practices

  • Create and revise training materials, conduct sessions, and provide ongoing user support

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, Law, or equivalent work experience

  • Certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile PO) , and/or previous work in the a corporate law department

  • At least 4 years in product management or a similar role, with experience with iManage Work or related systems and Agile methodologies.

  • Knowledge of iManage Work, legal document management, Agile practices

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills

  • Capable of excelling in a demanding and dynamic work environment

  • Capable of thriving as a part of global teams
