JPMorgan Chase Product Tooling Senior Associate in Columbus, Ohio

Our team leverages technical data analytics skills to meet the evolving needs of the Product, Experience, Data and Technology (PXT) community as they adopt agile tools. Current applications in use by the team include Alteryx, Tableau and Excel with a working knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Align and Confluence. In addition to the data analytic responsibilities, our team supports the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Product, Experience, Data and Technology user base for all access needs related to the shared agility tools within CCB.

As a Senior Associate in Consumer & Community Banking Product Operations, you will be a self-starter, focused on delivering data-based solutions and insights to problems faced by the CCB Product, Experience, Data and Technology teams. As a representative of the CCB Product Operations team, you will have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the CCB-wide community. You will contribute in a dynamic environment as both an individual contributor and as part of broader, collaborative efforts.

Job responsibilities

  • Draft, publish and maintain system and process documentation as a source of reference for CCB PXT

  • Manage the access entitlement process for CCB agility tools - run, maintain, develop Alteryx workflows

  • Develop dashboards using analytic tools (Alteryx, Tableau) to support agility metrics

  • Identify and communicate with new to bank/new to CCB users who are eligible for training and access of CCB agility tools

  • Assess and provide guidance on analytic solutions and collaborate on new or improved data needs with data owners

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement using analytic insights

  • Process exception requests from product line leads

  • Remain focused on delivering the PXT leadership vision even when encountering headwinds

  • Build and maintain relationships across the Enterprise in order to effectively guide and influence change

  • Be a hygiene champion by identifying opportunities to help teams better adhere to our data quality standards

  • Participate in community engagement and represent CCB Agility in key forums

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3 years product, change management or process improvement experience

  • Data Analytic Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting using data mining/extraction (excel, Alteryx) and data visualizations (tableau)

  • Experience building, documenting and executing repeatable processes

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive level communication.

  • Ability to build strong internal and external client relationships.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

  • Candidates must be self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances.

  • College degree or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Atlassian Jira, Jira Align and Enterprise Insights experience a plus

  • Experience working on projects through all phases of a software development lifecycle is a plus

Candidates must be able to physically work in one of our below offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
