Position Summary

We are currently recruiting top talent for our Manager, Project Management (Project Manager) role in our Medicare Member Advocacy Center (MAC Team). Medicare's Member Advocacy Center outreaches to our members to provide innovative, proactive, and compassionate solutions that exceed our members' expectations. We are knowledgeable and trusted advocates for our members. The key to our success is our talent.

This position requires the execution of the day-to-day activities that support campaign implementation, reporting and data analytics. They will also be responsible for member retention initiatives, member engagement oversight, omnichannel logistics, continuous improvement planning, and data analytics. This position requires a detailed understanding of the Medicare business operations, desire for process improvement, strong communication skills and the ability to lead and organize project work.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of all business tasks related to campaign management

  • Requirements gathering and documentation

  • Talking point submission to CST/MRT

  • Assessment questionnaire development

  • Advocate FAQ development

  • Communication

  • User acceptance testing

  • Report development/management

  • Implementation support

  • Develop, implement, and maintain omnichannel preferencing, planning, and logistics

  • Proactively leads complex projects by executing the strategic direction for member engagement experience during the full member journey, onboarding, ongoing support, and retention.

  • Develops recommendations based on campaign effectiveness results and root cause analysis

  • Proactively lead assigned project by creating project timeline, identifying key milestones and additional resources needed to successfully complete the work

  • Identify issues that may stall project and works with manager to address them

  • Track progress and communicates project status on a regular basis to all impacted parties

  • Group facilitation/presentation influencing various internal (these may be cross-functional/segment) and external parties (e.g., vendor management)

  • Assist with the management of internal relationships, processes, and performance drives (in some cases relationships may be external)

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Medicare knowledge

  • 1-2 years of project management experience

  • 1-3 years of data analytics experience

  • Possess a bias for action

  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

  • Skilled at collaboration and teamwork

  • Growth mindset

  • Expert at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years related work experience

  • Proficient in business intelligence & analytics

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $119,340.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
