We’re responsible for deploying state-of-the-art Point of Sale and Back Office solutions to restaurants, hotels, casinos, cruise ships, and sports & entertainment venues across the globe. Here’s what we’re working on:
Designing and deploying new payment systems on the Oracle Micros Simphony Platform.
Upgrading existing POS and Back Office systems for some of the world’s most exciting venues.
Delivering top-notch Professional Services customizations to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Leading transformative payment system projects that shape the future of the industry.
We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused leader who is ready to take charge of high-stakes projects and bring teams to success! If you’ve got a proven track record of leadership in formal project management, we want you to inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional results using industry-standard tools and techniques.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Lead internal and external customer-facing programs and initiatives with a keen eye for detail.
Proactively identify, track, and prioritize complex issues, collaborating with teams across Oracle to resolve them swiftly.
Keep senior management in the loop with clear, insightful updates through dashboards, reports, emails, and meetings.
Oversee multiple workstreams, keeping a steady hand on project direction and status reporting.
Build strong, efficient relationships within the Food & Beverage Global Business unit and across Oracle divisions.
Be the go-to person for senior management requests, ensuring initiatives are executed flawlessly.
Manage on-site and remote teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
Travel up to 25% to connect with global teams and customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Mastery in formal Project Management methodologies—"end to end."
Proficient in Waterfall planning; Agile exposure a plus!
5-8 years of Project Management experience under your belt.
Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills—success in collaborative, team-driven environments.
Experience creating, maintaining, and presenting detailed project documentation.
Expertise in MS Project—required.
PMP Certification? Highly desirable!

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
