Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst in Columbus, Ohio. This role is centered around planning and executing comprehensive testing strategies for multiple projects and systems. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with Business System Analysts (BSA) and Development teams, providing expert input and supervision throughout the testing process.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, script, and execute integration test cases to ensure proper coverage of all aspects.

• Schedule and lead test deliverables review sessions as necessary.

• Collaborate with BSA and Development teams to review business objectives and requirements, ensuring testability.

• Participate in the review of architectural and technical design specifications.

• Develop, document, and maintain test data, data validation, and end-to-end testing flows.

• Conduct testing using manual and/or automated test processes and report results.

• Manage defects throughout the project, assigning severity and leading triage efforts with BSAs and Development teams.

• Create test status reports, test results, and test summary deliverables to ensure readiness for production implementation.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts as needed.

• Maintain the regression test bed to meet changing requirements.

• Participate in off-hour production releases as needed.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members as needed.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cyber security measures.

• Knowledge of DevOps and ability to create and manage test cases.

• Experience as a subject matter expert in the field of quality assurance.

• Ability to align QA processes with business objectives.

• Experience in triage and UAT.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with development teams.

• Proven ability to create comprehensive status reports.
