Job Description
Candidates will be working on the Inventory team helping support all aspects of the incoming and outgoing materials and product. This role involves working through purchase orders, preparing samples, conducting inventory checks, and labeling incoming supplies and samples of biological reagents. Additionally, the role requires taking inventory to the proper lab sites and scientific closets, as well as data entry and documentation in the SAP system.
Responsibilities
Work through purchase orders and prepare appropriate samples for dispatch.
Conduct inventory checks and label incoming supplies and samples of biological reagents.
Transport inventory through different floors to the appropriate lab sites and scientific closets.
Perform data entry and documentation in the SAP system.
Map and check packing lists against actual received items and quantities.
Label, put away, and update locations in SAP.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with inventory management, quality assurance, and quality control.
Strong documentation and inspection skills.
Experience working in a regulated environment.
Experience with SAP.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable being on their feet for the majority of the day.
Work Environment
You will work on a team of 6-8 members. The role involves about 20% sitting at a desk conducting documentation and 80% moving items around different departments. The standard shift is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
