TEKsystems is looking to hire a Real Estate Document Processor to assist one of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest!

• Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hour

• Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)

• In-office position: office located in Westerville, OH

Job Description:

• Process documentation for properties that have been recently paid off

• Research loan/account numbers based on file numbers and dates

• Look up full account numbers and enter numbers on these documents and file them appropriately

• Key in paid off dates as recorded by the county recorder in company's system

• Assist with the opening and sorting of incoming mail / preparing outgoing mail

• Navigate a basic Excel files and accurately input data

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Banking, administrative, and/or document management experience

• Data entry skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Reliable/able to work in-office M-F

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
