Job Duties: Guiding and coaching the development team and the organization on adopting and implementing Scrum practices; Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings; Arrange the daily stand up meeting with Development team and business team; Ensure that the Scrum framework is followed effectively; Help define and maintain the teams Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR); Promote transparency, ensuring that Scrum artifacts such as the product backlog, sprint backlog, and burndown charts are visible and up to date; Facilitates effective collaboration and communication among team members, stakeholders, and the product owner; Promote a culture of open and transparent communication to ensure that everyone understands the goals, priorities, and progress of the project; Arrange the show and tell session to demo the product to business team; Help resolve conflicts within the team and between the team and external stakeholders; Promote a collaborative and problem-solving mindset to address conflicts and ensure a healthy team dynamic; Cultivate and promote an agile mindset within the organization, encouraging the adoption of agile values and principles to drive innovation, flexibility, and responsiveness; Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the team's efficiency, quality, and delivery capabilities, promoting a culture of learning and adaptation; Track and report on team progress, velocity, and other relevant metrics, providing transparency and visibility to stakeholders and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
