Pay: $49.00 - $54.00 an hour depending on experience

Licensure: Must have electrical licensure/certification or equivalent

Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

    Job Description

  • The Senior Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical engineering, project management, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.

    Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple electrical projects concurrently, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

  • Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Prepare detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with design engineers, electricians, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.

  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Mentor and guide other electricians on the team, fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve project outcomes.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in electrical project management, with demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
