Establishes preliminary budgets & assists wsecuring internal capital approval. Travel up to 50% w/in North America. Requires BS (or equiv) in Engg,  construction/enterprise management, or rltd. 8 yrs exp in construction/facilities project mgmnt.  Ability with: Microsoft Office, Project, Power Point; AutoCAD; Technical knowledge of all building systems, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical & fire suppression; Knowledge of construction contracts including standard contract clauses & AIA forms.
