SYNNEX Corporation Technical Product Manager in Columbus, Ohio
About the Role: To provide CIS project management and solutioning for key business initiatives across TD SYNNEX. Act a bridge between the business and technical teams to translate business requirements into an IT supported solution. What You'll Do: Support and drive project delivery within the business as required. CIS projects will be varied and wide ranging encompassing all areas of the business and multiple domains. Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather new business requirements and propose an IT supported solution. Document requirements, business processes, and testing scenarios. Support business in testing, training, and issue resolution. Apply best practice methodology and standards to provide CIS project documentation including project plans to ensure timely execution of activities and the delivery of all projects on time and to quality. CIS project planning, tracking and reporting. Mobilize the project team and the business to ensure both are focused and supportive of delivering effective change. Provide ongoing constructive challenge to shape and influence best project outcomes. Promote project management by providing a consistent and professional service to the business. Provide coaching and support to those delivering projects across the business. Develop good working relationships with key individuals within the business and those external to the business as required. What We're Looking For: At least 2 years CIS experience preferred Ability to translate business requirements into IT requirements. Effective inter-personal skills and the ability to work confidently at all levels within the organization and external parties. Project management experience. Ability to work proactively and autonomously. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Attention to detail. Flexible approach and a willingness to learn. Management of cross functional teams. Degree educated or graduate caliber Demonstrable working experience of the Project Management lifecycle.
