Job Title: Operations Manager for Commercial Window Cleaning Construction Installation

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a leading company specializing in the design, installation, and inspection of window cleaning systems for skyrise, multifamily, and large commercial buildings. The successful candidate will manage ongoing projects to ensure target margins and revenues are met, lead a diverse team, handle change orders, maintain vendor and client relations, and manage inventory. This role requires frequent coordination with both office staff and field teams, ensuring that all operations align with company goals and safety regulations.

Hard Skills

• Construction Commercial Management or Military Management (3+ years)

• Experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager

• Proficient in creating and managing project plans (schedules, budgets)

• Resource management (labor, materials, equipment)

• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
