Adecco Perm Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client in the Nashville, TN area for the position of Business Development Manager to join a dynamic telecommunications team. The successful candidate must have experience with business development, IP based, low-voltage systems installations and service. Systems include access control, IP & analog video, nurse call, intrusion, structured cabling and other types of low-voltage and network-based systems.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be a local candidate with 3+ years of experience in this field. It is not cyber secuity.

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive the sale of Electronic Security Technology Systems and maintenance contracts.

• Engage directly with customers to identify their needs and guide the entire sales process.

• Conduct on-site evaluations at customer locations to estimate installation and service opportunities for Electronic Security systems.

• Collaborate with team members to drive growth, development, sales, and marketing for all Electronic Security solutions.

• Increase market awareness through networking, presentations, and participation in relevant associations.

• Prepare and submit professionally written proposals within designated deadlines.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
