Required Skills:

Integrated Marketing Manager, WhatsApp Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a liaison between the global and local consumer marketing teams, responsible for the development and execution of large scale campaigns and brand moments across the world working with local teams to ensure local relevance and execution with excellence.

  2. Play a critical role in the global development of the WhatsApp brand and a special role in bringing WhatsApp Payments to life in countries around the world.

  3. Develop and manage a pipeline of global consumer campaigns across media, partnerships, experiential, editorial and creative.

  4. Lead the development of campaigns and go-to-market strategy for regional and global brand campaigns that bring WhatsApp Payments to markets and tentpole moments that meet short and-long-term business goals.

  5. Inform our overall global brand strategy based on the performance of media, creative and media landscape in key markets.

  6. Shape the strategic and execution vision for Marketing and Brand communications across markets.

  7. Track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas.

  8. Track and measure campaign success consumer data and subscription funnel data with regular quant-driven check-ins with leadership.

  9. Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to management and to the broader organization.

  10. Up to 20% travel to various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States required.

  11. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a marketing-related occupation.

  2. Experience must include 5 years of experience in the following:

    1. Strategic consumer marketing, developing cross-functional partnerships and running multi-channel campaigns and programs for a high-profile brand, within the CPG or consumer tech industries, or at an integrated creative or media agency
    1. Managing and executing large scale consumer campaigns and long-term brand building through a diverse media mix
    1. Understanding for consumers, including utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to develop marketing strategies and plans
    1. Leading large multi-million dollar campaigns with an understanding of communications and media planning
    1. Working with media and creative agencies
    1. Developing compelling and creative consumer communications
    1. Developing, building and scaling teams, influencing cross-functional teams and all levels of management
    1. Leading communications, including building collaborative partnerships with product partners and other cross-functional teams, AND
    1. Managing multiple campaigns at the same time, working with many different internal and external teams to ensure programs are launched seamlessly and to the highest impact.

Public Compensation:

$239,773/year to $244,200/year + bonus + equity + benefits
