The role.

The Marketing Communications Professional has an important role in supporting and implementing integrated marketing plans designed to raise awareness, drive sales and increase market share – fueling the launch of the new Innomotics brand. As an integral part of a virtual team led by the Innomotics North America Marketing Manager, the candidate will collaborate with colleagues in the US and internationally to coordinate marketing activities that will activate the marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should be in the Central or Eastern US.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing materials and campaigns including social media posts, case studies, application notes, digital programs and print.

  • Facilitate input from key stakeholders to support the development of marketing collateral, including product management, field sales organization, channel marketing and other related functions.

  • Contribute to the design preparation of marketing literature, including creating copy, image selection and design in accordance with Innomotics guidelines.

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, analyzing campaign performance and maintaining segment lists.

  • Prepare and monitor metrics to measure the success of the lead generation program

  • Support the planning and executing of tradeshows, customer meetings and events.

  • Maintain external websites and optimization efforts.

  • Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets.

  • Provide communications support to sales, channel, agents as required.

  • Contribute to the Marketing & Communications team supporting cross-functional activities as required.

Your profile.

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing, with industrial manufacturing marketing preferred.

  • Sophisticated relationship skills to ensure positive interfacing with all levels of colleagues and efficiently work across all organizational collaborators.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote/virtual team environment by delivering results in a timely manner.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines.

  • Above average degrees of independence, initiative, personal accountability, and self-motivation.

  • Articulate and professional, enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results.

  • Excellent time management skills and a good business acumen

  • Proficient digital literacy in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability and flexibility to travel 10-15%

The pay range for this position is $52,200 - $89,600. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
