The Financial Planing and Budgeting Practice of the Share Services Group of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services is seeking a senior-level level individual for the positon of Consulatant. The role will implement the NetSuite Planniing and Budgeting (NSPB) for NetSuite ERP customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead all phases of Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (NSPB/PBCS) solution implementations including: business alignment workshops, designing and configuring the system as per leading practices, working with customers in creating positive experience, and assisting with data migration and cutover activities.

  • Provide Oracle NetSuite consulting expertise by utilizing previous experience in the Financial Planning and Analysis functions and technology solutions.

  • Act as thought leader and advisor to customers to embed leading and best practices in business processes to drive high level of customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications include:

  • Full life cycle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) and/or PBCS solution implementation experience

  • Knowledge of PBCS/NSPB out-of-box cubes, experience with configuration, design, and testing of custom objects/interfaces

  • Extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing the PBCS/NSPB Planning Forms, Scripts and Business Rule

  • Sound knowledge on financial planning, workforce planning and capital budgeting, and forecasting

  • Technical background with hands-on experience on PBCS/NSPB data management or EPM Automate to build metadata and data load

  • Deep capacity for influencing customers and guiding them towards industry best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously and capable of managing multiple deadlines.

  • Possess a passion for helping customers find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses

  • Outstanding client facing skills. A history of building effective relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Independently organizes and performs most work required with minimal guidance and direction

  • Proactive, results oriented, with a can-do attitude in meeting critical deadlines

  • Consulting role experience a plus.

  • NetSuite and/or Oracle Certification a plus.Bachelor level degree or higher in a relevant discipline.

  • NetSuite and/or Oracle Certification a plus.

  • Ability to work customer project across multiple time zones

Travel:

  • Modest to moderate, as appropriate.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

Canada: Hiring Range from $76,700 to $167,000 CAD per annum

US: Hiring Range: from $86,900 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
